What a blast! It was a beautiful Friday afternoon on August 15th 2008…my band and I rocked a diverse audience of 5000 people at the UW Madison Memorial Union Terrace! I couldn’t ask for anything better.
I jammed with my band at 7.30pm…rocked out to my hits, and then introduced Rob Dz for an intermission set at 8pm. He rocked the crowd with his new joints, and then I came back on at 8.30pm. By then the sun had gone, but it was such a beautiful night. We simply did what we do best…made the crowd dance!!! ![]()
I would have to say that this was probably one of my best shows to date. A combination of beautiful weather, a diverse audience, and playing at a great location (we performed in front of lake Mendota) — made this a great show. For all those who missed out, keep posted on my blog for a promo video of the performance. It will be posted very soon!!!
